X-CONCRETE

production of sandwich wall elements

	1. Casting Typical flat bed steel mould, 3.0m wide by 7.5m long, with bottom layer and horizontal rib steel reinforcement for a 300mm thick X-Concrete wall element.
	2. Reinforcement Bottom layer and vertical rib steel reinforcement before pouring of 55mm thick concrete inner leaf.
	3. Window or door moulds Window moulds placed in 300mm thick X-Concrete wall elements.

	Top layer of concrete is poured and external finish applied
